Return goods

Revocation: Within 14 days after delivery, the customer can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. The deadline is met if the customer previously declared the revocation in writing or by email and returns the goods (date of posting). The goods must be returned at the customer's expense to the following address:

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only legally if the product is unused, undamaged, complete and returned in unopened original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods in the condition described the Webshop remunerates to the customer the value of goods returned. Already incurred shipping costs can not be refunded. A flat rate of CHF 3.00 / item will be deducted from the possible credit for the administrative effort and re-storage. An exchange is not possible due to the high administrative and process-related costs. New goods must be ordered again.

Warranty: If there are defects in the delivered goods, the customer has the right to report defects within 14 days of delivery. He can return the goods and the Webshop will pay him back the value of the goods. Each additional claim for reduction, rescission or damages, to the extent permitted by law, is excluded. Changes on his product or on the packaging by the manufacturer do not constitute defects. Moreover, the customer forfeits any defects rights by an inappropriate use of the product.
